If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’re more than happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement, no questions asked.
How to request a refund:

- Let us know what went wrong and include a photo (if possible).
- We’ll process your refund or organise a replacement as soon as we can.

You’re welcome to pick up your order from Glen Waverley at a pre-arranged time. We’ll send you the address and confirm the pickup details once your order is ready.
Delivery Option
We offer delivery if your order is $150 or more — free of charge!
For orders under $150, please choose local pickup. If you need delivery for a smaller order, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
